We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our WA team.

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you'll leverage your rehabilitation industry experience to build and strengthen relationships with employers, insurers, agents, and key stakeholders. You'll play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, supporting business growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that achieve outstanding outcomes for our customers.

Job Description

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will:

  • Represent WorkFocus as their single point of contact for all lines of communication and support for allocated customers
  • Explore and understand customer needs to develop solutions to address portfolio challenges including cross selling of products and/or services
  • Proactively manage portfolio performance in line with customer reporting
  • Conduct variety of specific service assessments and/or rehabilitation interventions inline with WorkFocus service delivery requirements.
  • Identify key employers and relationships and build on workload through exceptional service delivery and customer service

Qualifications

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling or other equivalent allied health/work health and safety professions required
  • Minimum of two years of personal injury insurance experience
  • Strong understanding of customer drivers and customer service in work and wellness
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering repeat business and/or new business in the personal injury insurance schemes
  • Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives and marketing activities
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
