You will be responsible for processing and managing customer and intercompany orders accurately and on time, while proactively expediting deliveries, resolving issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. The role plays a critical part in delivering a high-quality customer experience across ordering, delivery, and project execution.

In addition, you will:

  • Accept and validate sales and intercompany orders by checking references and confirming all relevant information.
  • Process orders accurately and promptly to support timely delivery outcomes.
  • Actively expedite orders, monitoring progress, identifying risks or delays, and working with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Manage manual order creation for complex Dynalite projects, including milestone-based delivery and billing schedules.
  • Check product availability and prepare delivery proposals; where required, recommend alternatives, update order status, and escalate deviations.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment and project delivery.
  • Support continuous improvement of order management and expediting processes, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction across ordering and delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and accurate order book, ensuring timely closure of completed or inactive orders.
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve order-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Report on order receipts, deliveries, sales, and stock levels on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain accurate customer master data within relevant systems.
