About the role:
The Customer Project and Procurement Specialist - Technica lplays a key role in supporting end‑to‑end engagements for all non‑recurring revenue activities within CDC Developments. This role ensures the delivery of non‑recurring revenue solutions with the highest standards of quality, reliability, and scalability, while also driving optimal commercial outcomes that contribute to overall business targets.
Other responsibilities include:
- Coordinate with Development and internal teams to plan capacity and align technical requirements and delivery milestones.
- Manage supplier and contractor engagement, including sourcing quotes, optimising value for money, and mitigating risks.
- Provide subject matter expertise for RFPs, proposals, and customer discussions.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure estimates, timelines, budgets, and logistics align with project needs.
- Build strong customer relationships and support negotiations on timelines and costs.
- Ensure compliance, continuous improvement, and accurate forecasting through coordination with Legal, Assurance, and Operational teams.

About you:
This role would be suitable for someone with strong commercial acumen within the construction, commercial property, industrial or services sector.
- Proficiency in contract management and master supply agreements.
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate and resolve conflict amongst varying stakeholders
- Achieve client satisfaction, retention and growth targets as per account plan
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Advance knowledge of Excel
Essential:
Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
