The Opportunity

Customer Success Engineers (CSEs) act as the primary technical partners for our strategic clients, ensuring they attain business value and increased return on investment through Adobe Managed Service AEM solutions. You’ll build trusted relationships, translate business and technical needs into robust implementations, and manage delivery, operations, and SLA compliance!

What we do  - We build, operate, maintain, and monitor customers’ AEM implementation, acting as the named expert resource that ensures reliable platform operations and successful go‑lives.

What You’ll Do

Client Partnership & Delivery :

  • Serve as the key technical contact for assigned clients, linking business goals with technical execution.

  • Maintain platform health through runbooks, incident response, automation, and performance optimization.

  • Provide proactive updates, risk assessments, and technical guidance to senior stakeholders.

  • Partner with account, consulting, project management, engineering, and support teams for seamless delivery.

Platform Operations & Enablement :

  • Oversee AEM Cloud operations: deployments, patching, backups, monitoring, and incident management.

  • Drive automation and operational excellence using modern DevOps tools and AI-driven insights.

  • Enable customers to focus on business value by reducing infrastructure overhead.

  • Support architecture reviews, launches, and ongoing performance improvement.

Outcome Focus :

  • Ensure uptime, reliability, security, and customer satisfaction through proactive operations and responsive issue resolution.

What You’ll Bring

Core Competencies

  • Proven experience managing enterprise clients and technical projects with a customer-first approach.

  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive audiences.

  • Decisive, adaptable, and comfortable in high-pressure situations.

Technical Expertise

  • Cloud Operations: Deep experience with AWS and Azure (GCP a plus).

  • Infrastructure & Automation: Linux, web technologies, AWS CDK/CloudFormation (or equivalent IaC tools).

  • Containers & Edge: Docker, Kubernetes, CloudFront, Azure CDN, Fastly, or Akamai.

  • Monitoring & Observability: New Relic, Nagios, Splunk, or similar.

  • Security & Governance: Cloud cost, identity, and compliance management.

  • DevOps & Build: Maven, Git, CI/CD pipelines.

  • AEM & Web Architectures: Familiarity with AEM development and Jamstack.

  • AI/ML Advantage: Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Cohere), Hugging Face models, or building RAG/ML pipelines with Python.

  • Software engineering background highly valued.
