We are searching for a dynamic client-facing Customer Success Manager to join our team!

In this role, you’ll build strong, trusted relationships with SMB customers by understanding their goals and day-to-day needs and helping them get the most value from Yotpo’s products. You’ll work closely with business owners and small teams, using your commercial mindset and practical approach to drive adoption, growth, and long-term customer success. 

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, to consult on their business challenges and objectives 
  • Understand customer pain points and position thoughtful and tailored solutions that lead to meaningful value realisation and expansion opportunities 
  • Apply a strong understanding of Shopify, DTC ecommerce, and SMB marketing fundamentals to advise customers on acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
  • Drive adoption, retention, and expansion across a SMB book of business
  • Deliver efficient, high-impact touchpoints such as lightweight business reviews, enablement sessions, and best-practice workshops
  • Build and nurture strong client sentiment and impactful engagement with key stakeholders, including decision-makers
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and marketing to inform product development and strategic decisions 
  • Contribute to and help scale repeatable processes, playbooks, and programs that improve SMB success at scale
  • Manage commercial responsibilities, including renewal management and expanding existing accounts.

About You

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, SaaS Account Manager or an e-commerce marketing expert who wants to bring your knowledge and skills to Yotpo's customers
