About the role
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be part of our growing Direct Sales Operations team, which plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of our personal and auto loan products. You will join a dynamic, engaged, and high-performing sales team, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to completion.
With ambitious plans ahead, we’re looking for a motivated, driven, and passionate individual to join us in Adelaide and contribute to our ongoing success.
What will I be doing?
•You will work with existing customers to help them get a faster and fairer loan in a multi-channel environment and provide a personalised journey in securing a new loan with Plenti.
•Managing inbound and outbound calls, replying to our customers' email enquiries, live chat, and supporting our customers every step of their loan journey.
•Meeting and exceeding sales targets whilst contributing to a positive team culture
•Accurately updating and managing our CRM platform
