Bring your customer service skills and in return, you will be fully trained to manage a portfolio of injured workers who need your ongoing support. As a Whole Person Impairment Claim Specialist you will play a key role in supporting injured workers throughout the assessment and determination process, providing an empathetic customer experience  

 
This will be a full-time, permanent position based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week once fully trained. 
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Gather relevant medical and other evidence and prepare whole person impairment assessment requests 

  • Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders regularly to progress actions, assessments and determination of entitlements  
  • Critically analyse evidence to assist in the determination of accurate lump sum assessments 

  • Tailored and empathetic delivery of adverse outcomes to all relevant stakeholders 
     

ABOUT YOU 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information to diverse stakeholders 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality 

  • Proven negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to meet the needs of all stakeholders 

  • Tertiary studies or experience in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Nursing, Psychology) or personal injury is advantageous.
