About role:

Our Sydney office is looking for ambitious, entry-level candidates who are passionate about sales, driven to succeed, and eager to grow a career in the payments industry.

Graduates: If you’ve recently completed a degree in Business or Marketing and are ready to kick-start your career, we’d love to support you on that journey. Join us to gain hands-on experience, build your skills, and create a strong foundation for long-term success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing accounts
  • Onboarding business accounts
  • Provide responsive assistance on commercial queries
  • Inform and educate customers about products and features
  • Upsell/cross-sell new services to existing customers
  • Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Regularly report on key accomplishments and monitor key metrics to identify areas for improvement

Role Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales role or recently graduated in year 2024 or 2025. An HD/D equivalent bachelor’s or master’s degree in business/marketing or related field.
  • Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, CRM, PowerPoint)
  • Dynamic personality and high-energy with a go getter attitude
  • Ability to learn new product knowledge rapidly
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Well presented
  • Desire to actively contribute to a fun environment and be part of successful team
  • Awareness of the payments industry, issues, competition and trends would be an advantage but not compulsory
