The Enterprise Risk Manager will identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance in the Banking & Financial Services sector while leading a risk management team.

Drive new business and partnerships across unattended, ecommerce, EFTPOS and merchant channels. Build and manage partner relationships, generate pipeline through outreach and events, deliver solution-based sales presentations, and support product deployment and first-line assistance while representing Windcave.

Manage and onboard business accounts, respond to commercial queries, educate customers on products and features, upsell/cross-sell services, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and report on key metrics to drive improvements.

Join as a QA Test Analyst Intern supporting testing of APIs, UIs, transaction processing and customer management systems. Work with QA and developers in an agile team to test core payment products, gain hands-on payments sector experience, and complete a full-time fixed-term internship.
