We are now excited to invite applications for the role of CX Content Writer with our awesome team in Sydney.
The role:
As a CX Content Writer, you are a thinker that elevates the art of storytelling through the power of language, written expression and modern creativity, demonstrating a speciality in conceptualizing and realizing ideas like never before. Your deep knowledge spans all creative channels, enriching the customer experience.
Core responsibilities:
Write highly effective and commercially viable copy for various mediums, including but not limited to email, website, social, audio, DM, Digital, case studies, award entries, and entertainment.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the client’s brand vision and objectives, by ensuring that developed creative work aligns consistently with the overarching brand strategy and brief.
Maintain lateral relationships with key people on the account or within the agency more broadly to proactively align and deliver client solutions.
Drives, defines and provides feedback on: quality of briefs, regular reviews, feedback channels, creative quality and collaboration.
Ensure that the scope of work aligns with the allocated budget for a project.
A bit about you:
5+ years of experience as a CX Content Writer, ideally from a creative/advertising agency.
Ability to deliver creative work across a broad range of brands, categories and disciplines that shows versatility and breadth of tone.
Awareness of how copy contributes to different stages of the marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion.
Genuine passion for the written word and storytelling and dedicated to honing your craft.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in grammar and overall content quality.
Professional knowledge of relevant software, such as Figma, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite and Office 365.
