At ESET, our Business Specialist/Inside Sales Rep qualifies leads and prospects and can as well develop new leads.
You'll initiate first contact, conduct outreach, and set up meetings for BDMs (in case of smaller customers follow sales process itself). Your work lays the foundations for BDMs interactions.

Job description

  • Identify and generate leads and prospects through various sources.

  • Interact with prospects (via telephone and email) to qualify and process leads for sales opportunities.

  • Manage and nurture leads to move them through the sales pipeline.

  • Set appointments and follow up with prospects to advance the sales process.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets by qualifying leads and synchronising with the needs of the team.

  • Utilise CRM software to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.

  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape.

  • Keep up to date with the ESET product set, effectively communicate the value proposition and react to objections and competitive questions.

  • Attend networking events and trade shows to foster relationships and uncover new leads.

  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results to management.

Knowledge/Experience

  • Communication and Active Listening: Clearly articulate product value, ask insightful questions, and actively listen to prospects' responses to build rapport and trust.

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through strategic research and use of lead generation tools.

  • Time Management: Organise daily tasks efficiently to maximise productivity and performance.

  • CRM Proficiency: Utilise customer relationship management software to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.

  • Resilience and Follow-up: Persistently pursue leads and maintain consistent follow-up to advance the sales process.

  • Willingness to be coached: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to feedback to improve skills and performance.

  • Self-awareness: Understand personal strengths and areas for development to continuously improve sales techniques.

  • Organisation: Keep track of leads, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Curiosity: Show a genuine interest in learning about prospects' needs and how the company's solutions can address them.

  • Overcoming Objections: Skillfully address and alleviate potential clients' concerns to move them closer to a sale.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of expertise about the company's products or services to confidently inform and persuade potential clients.

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to persuade and influence potential clients.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge to effectively represent the company.
