As our Data Analyst – Marketing, you'll partner with teams across Aussie to uncover insights and drive data activation across digital campaigns to optimise customer engagement, and support both customer acquisition and retention. If you're passionate about data, digital marketing, and understanding customer behaviour, this is an exciting opportunity!
This role is a permanent, full-time opportunity with hybrid working arrangements.

Let’s talk about you

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • 3+ years' experience in data analytics within digital marketing, CRM or customer lifecycle environments

  • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms and customer engagement technologies

  • Proficient in SQL, data warehousing and data activation tools

  • Experience in audience segmentation, customer journey mapping and marketing automation

  • Ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into business outcomes

  • Knowledge of data quality, governance and privacy best practices

  • Exposure to BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills

  • Analytical, problem-solving mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach

  • Develop and manage audience segmentation for personalised marketing campaigns

  • Support customer acquisition and retention across digital, CRM and paid media channels

  • Analyse campaign performance and customer journeys to improve engagement and results

  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver reporting, insights and data-driven recommendations

  • Maintain data accuracy, quality and integration across CRM and marketing platforms

  • Leverage MarTech and data activation tools to scale customer engagement

  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy and consent requirements

  • Collaborate across marketing and data teams to enhance processes and performance
