Profile Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a data analyst or similar profile.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Attio preferred).
  • Familiarity with F&B industry data points such as sales trends, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and documentation skills.
  • Adaptable, quick learner, and creative thinker, open to new ideas and change.

Core responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyse data across sales, inventory, supply chain, production, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare regular dashboards and reports highlighting trends such as sales performance, inventory turnover, demand forecasting, and cost control.
  • Support margin analysis and pricing reviews to improve profitability.
  • Monitor and track product performance across retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.
  • Analyse supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and support efficiency improvements.
  • Assist management in developing data-driven strategies for product development, promotions, and distribution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, suppliers, and distribution activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations, product reports, and operational documents.
  • Coordinate team meetings, manage calendars, and record minutes/action items.
  • Support compliance and quality control documentation processes.
  • Manage written communications (including templated emails) to the network and member base.
  • Input and manage data in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and the wider team.
