About this opportunity:

We’re seeking a Strategic Account Manager – Data Centres to drive growth across hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise customers in the Pacific region.

This senior role owns end-to-end account management—building executive relationships, influencing early-stage design decisions, and leading complex deals across HVAC, BMS, fire, security, and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow strategic data centre accounts and deliver long-term revenue

  • Build senior stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor

  • Influence early design, cooling, and sustainability decisions

  • Lead complex deals from strategy to contract award

  • Drive integrated, cross-portfolio solutions

  • Align global and regional teams for successful delivery

  • Maintain strong pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline

About You

  • Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Controls or similar)

  • 10+ years in technical sales (BMS, controls, automation, or building systems)

  • Strong data centre expertise (cooling, controls, resilience)

  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-value accounts in matrix organisations

  • Skilled in long sales cycles and CRM (Salesforce preferred)

  • Resilient, self-driven, and commercially minded
