Why this is an exciting opportunity


We’re looking for a Data Enablement Lead to help drive the delivery of key initiatives across our Data Products portfolio.
Working across multiple products and workstreams, you’ll coordinate initiatives spanning product and technology implementations, transformation and migration activities, testing, regulatory requirements and other business priorities. You’ll bring structure to complex pieces of work, keep stakeholders aligned and ensure actions, dependencies and deliverables continue to move forward.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, working across different teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving technology environment.

What you’ll be doing


  • Drive the coordination and delivery of initiatives across the Data Products portfolio
  • Lead planning and execution across multiple concurrent products and workstreams
  • Coordinate product and technology implementations, transformation and migration activities
  • Coordinate testing activities across relevant teams and ensure actions and outcomes are followed through to completion
  • Support the delivery of regulatory and business requirements impacting Data Products
  • Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, action registers and status reporting
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, actions and dependencies across initiatives
  • Maintain visibility of progress and ensure key activities and deliverables remain on track
  • Work closely with Product, Technology and broader business teams to coordinate priorities and dependencies
  • Provide clear and regular updates on progress, priorities, risks and outstanding actions
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops and working sessions to progress initiatives and resolve blockers
  • Prepare presentations, status updates, reporting and supporting documentation for stakeholders
  • Adapt plans and priorities as business needs evolve

What you bring

Experience & Skills


  • Experience in implementation, project delivery, transformation, program coordination, enablement or a similar delivery-focused role
  • Experience coordinating software, technology, data or transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, products or workstreams concurrently
  • Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills
  • A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership and independently drive activities through to completion
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate and influence across different teams and levels
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing risks, issues, dependencies, actions and delivery timelines
  • Strong communication, facilitation, presentation and documentation skills
  • An understanding of data products, technology solutions or data environments
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining sight of broader priorities and outcomes
  • A collaborative and pragmatic approach, with strong problem-solving skills and follow-through
  • Experience within financial services, fintech or another complex technology-led environment would be advantageous
  • Experience supporting technology transformation, system migration or new technology implementations would also be highly regarded
