ALS Oil & Lubricants in Wetherill Park is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Officer to join the team in a full-time position. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that timely, accurate, and high-quality results are produced for our clients. 
 
While qualifications such as a relevant TAFE Certificate or Diploma in a related field are valuable, we’re willing to train you if you bring your dedication and willingness to learn.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch or grow their career in a dynamic laboratory environment!

This is a permanent, full-time positions, Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. 

What you’ll do:

  • Creating, managing and maintaining technical data with strong accuracy

  • Preparing, collating and clearly communicate information to clients and with internal teams

  • Administration, reception and laboratory support as required

 
About you - To be successful, you’ll be:

  • A confident communicator with numerical ability

  • Diligent in dealing with data and details and intermediate knowledge of MS applications

  • Strong ability to use and learn computer systems

  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision

  • Customer focused and you’ll strive for service excellence

  • Proven ability to initiate corrective action proactively and support teammates to meet deadlines

  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure from high sample volumes and tight turnaround times

  • Willing to learn and flexible to meet our changing business needs
