About the role

The Data Transition department is responsible for extracting and transferring data from legacy systems into LEAP for our clients. We develop software and processes to assist with the technical aspects of converting data, creating migration tools that are used by our teams globally.


As a Data Transitions Specialist, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of client data migrations. You will be responsible for analysing, extracting, transforming, and validating client data to ensure accurate and efficient transitions into LEAP.


Working closely with Project Managers, Global Transitions Developers, and client-facing teams, you will:

  • Assess client data sources and perform data mapping and transformation activities.
  • Extract, cleanse, validate, and import data from a variety of legacy systems into LEAP.
  • Follow established processes and standards to ensure secure, accurate, and efficient data transitions.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and reconciliation activities to maintain high levels of data integrity.
  • Investigate and resolve technical data issues, escalating complex matters where required.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of migration tools, processes, and documentation.

This is a hands-on technical role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients. Success in this role will come from your ability to manage multiple projects, solve complex data challenges, and ensure each migration is completed accurately and efficiently.
