Your Opportunity

We seek talent for our Deal Advisory division at the Executive, Manager, Associate Director, and Director levels.

Transaction Services

KPMG’s Transaction Services team supports clients across a range of industries with strategic and financial due diligence to help clients assess, plan, evaluate and manage acquisitions, mergers, divestments and initial and secondary debt and equity offerings and beyond. This is a multi-disciplinary and international environment that sits right at the heart of our one KPMG ethos.

Your Experience

We are seeking individuals at the Executive to Director level to join our Deal Advisory team, with the below skillsets:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Law, or other relevant subjects. Ideally with a post-graduate qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA).
  • Recent professional experience in Big 4 / independent corporate advisory, accounting or law firms, investment banking, or within commercial teams in operational businesses.
  • Applicable experiences working across transactions or relevant skills and an interest that will transition into these areas.
  • Strong analytical skills and a commercial flair to generate insights from interpreting data & financial models as well as data analytics.

Please note, the salary ranges $85k - $250k+ with respect to your level of experience.

We are hiring for the following employment types: Casual, Max-Term Full-Time, Max-Term Part-Time, Permanent Full-Time & Permanent Part-Time.
