- Provide support oversight on the FP&A Deal Desk Function, to include providing strategic financial insights and support for complex deal structures.
- Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment on deal terms and financial implications.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies and financial models to support business objectives.
- Analyze and evaluate deal performance, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and support audit processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in a finance role, with a focus on enterprise deal desk or financial planning and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Salesforce and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a large enterprise technology or SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with Atlassian products and financial systems.
- Advanced degree or certification in finance or accounting (e.g., CFA, CPA).
- Proven track record of leading financial initiatives and driving process improvements.
