The Project & Opportunity:
To support growth in the Wilton area, Sydney Water will stage the delivery of essential drinking water, recycled water and wastewater infrastructure services as part of the Wilton New Town project.

For this project, we are looking for a Design Coordinator to manage and control the allocated design aspects of the project.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the design activities of the project and ensure that all designs are completed on time and within budget.

  • Ensure that all design work is completed in accordance with project specifications and standards.

  • Liaise with the project team, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure that all design requirements are met.

  • Ensure that all design changes are properly documented and communicated to the relevant parties.

  • Review project drawings and specifications to ensure that they are accurate and complete.

  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on design activities.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Engineering degree or relevant Tertiary education

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others.

  • Experience in coordinating design activities in infrastructure projects.

  • Knowledge of design principles and techniques
