The role:

As our next Digital Director - Performance Integration, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination and integration across performance media channels while aligning with broader strategic objectives. This role is instrumental in driving cross-channel performance strategy and innovation, ensuring campaign effectiveness, and fostering collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.

The Digital Director - Performance Integration will work closely with market teams, channel leads, and global stakeholders to optimize performance media execution and strategy.

Core responsibilities:

  • Leads cross-channel performance media strategy, ensuring alignment with globally agreed comms model and planning principles.
  • Acts as the senior cross-channel point of contact for the Cluster Client, managing key client relationships across the performance hub.
  • Coordinates media execution across performance channels while ensuring integration with key channels.
  • Works with Client's market stakeholders to ensure alignment with scope of work (SOW) and service level agreements (SLAs), managing conversations and workloads effectively.
  • Ensures integrated campaign briefs are aligned with performance channel requirements.
  • Owns and manages the overall workload across performance channels, prioritising tasks effectively.

A bit about you:

  • Proven ability to lead integrated responses to brief incorporating local insights and key market learnings.
  • Experience developing and managing testing roadmaps across both local and global initiatives
  • Strong collaborative style with channel teams to ensure the strategic direction aligns with business challenges & vision
  • Proactively puts forward innovation opportunities and shares own market knowledge with the rest of the client community
  • Previous experience ensuring SLAs for client hub channels are adhered to and act as an escalation point for performance-related challenges.

Salary range is $135k-$145k per annum inclusive of Superannuation, and dependent on experience and skill level.
