Due to current and future project requirements, we are currently recruiting multiple roles in our Digital Engineering team, for both Digital Engineer, and Digital Engineering (BIM) Manager’s, ideally with Metro/Station, and/or Data Centre experience.
In these roles you will support the delivery of digital engineering outcomes across the full project lifecycle. Working closely with the Digital Engineering Manager and wider project teams, you’ll help implement digital processes, manage digital deliverables and ensure alignment with Lendlease’s Digital Delivery Strategy and project Digital Engineering Execution Plans (DExP).
You’ll collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure digital requirements are understood, coordinated and delivered — while also contributing to capability uplift across project teams.
Key responsibilities
Deliver project digital objectives in line with the Digital Engineering Execution Plan (DExP)
Support setup, management and governance of the Common Data Environment (CDE)
Coordinate and audit digital models to ensure compliance with project and company standards
Manage model federation, clash detection, reporting and resolution workflows
Enable the use of models and data for design coordination, construction planning and sequencing (4D)
Support digital uses including cost integration, temporary works, as‑built verification and asset data
Monitor and report digital engineering performance, risks and opportunities
Contribute to safety, quality and sustainability outcomes through effective digital workflows
Support project teams in adopting digital engineering tools, systems and processes
Assist with training, upskilling and capability uplift aligned to the Digital Engineering Strategy
Help assess digital maturity of project teams and supply chain partners
Promote awareness of emerging digital and construction technologies
Support R&D initiatives, pilot programs and innovation activities
Capture and share lessons learned to drive continuous improvement
About you
Experience in Digital Engineering / BIM within construction or infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of digital delivery processes, standards and Common Data Environments
Hands‑on experience with model coordination, clash detection and digital reporting
Effective communicator who collaborates well with multidisciplinary teams
Proactive, curious mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning
