The Role 

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. You will own and elevate our CRM capability (HubSpot), while also contributing to our SEO and broader digital performance. You'll help execute and evolve our digital marketing efforts, drive acquisition and retention initiatives, and contribute to overall business growth. You will also be exposed to content, paid media, analytics, and campaign management. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Own CRM execution and reporting (via HubSpot)
  • Maintain and improve SEO performance and web content
  • Support paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
  • Collaborate on lifecycle marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to campaign planning, copywriting, and asset coordination
  • Analyse web, app, and campaign performance to generate insights
  • Support the broader marketing team as needed across execution, planning, and reporting
Requirements

We’re open to different backgrounds and experience levels, but some things are non-negotiable:

  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
  • 2+ years’ experience in CRM, marketing automation, or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar platforms)
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g. SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
  • Experience running or supporting paid digital campaigns
  • Confidence in using data to guide decisions
