The Role:

As part of the wider Digital Marketing & eCommerce team, the Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for translating strategy into outcomes across CRM, paid performance, affiliate, and loyalty, driving growth by bridging high-level objectives with hands-on execution. With a big focus on retention and CRM, you will own the strategy and execution of Showpo’s conversion funnel support flows, and customer lifecycle marketing programs - email, SMS, App Push, Loyalty Program, and personalisation across AU, US, & UK. The main aim of this role is to drive growth through retention strategies by optimising flows, campaigns, segmentation and digital audience strategies, while ensuring Showpo’s loyalty program evolves to meet customer expectations across multiple global markets.

Day to day, you will:

  • Lead global CRM strategy and execution across email, app push and SMS in AU, NZ, US and UK, with a strong focus on retention, new customer onboarding, loyalty and personalised post-purchase journeys
  • Manage and optimise Showpo Society, our loyalty programme, across AU, NZ, US and UK
  • Drive personalised customer journeys across Showpo’s website, cart, and checkout stages using Nosto
  • Own reporting on CRM and loyalty KPIs: open/click rates, revenue, deliverability, churn, CLTV, repeat purchase and loyalty redemption
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing across subject lines, content, CTAs, segmentation and frequency
  • Own and evolve Showpo's tone of voice across every CRM touchpoint, ensuring copy reflects the brand and resonates with the customer in each market
  • Work with our Digital Marketing coordinator on affiliate strategy around campaign calendar, publisher development, performance reporting and commission strategy

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with Klaviyo, Yotpo and Nosto, including QBRs, escalations and roadmap input

Who are you?

  • 4+ years experience in Digital or CRM roles (retail/eCom a must)

  • Proficiency in Klaviyo, email automation platforms, and customer segmentation

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies

  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimisation

  • Excellent written communication skills for email copywriting and campaign development
