Are you a digital marketing all-rounder who thrives on driving demand, engaging audiences, and optimising the customer journey? We’re looking for a Digital Campaign Marketing Manager to own and execute multi-channel campaigns across APAC—without relying on agencies.

This role is perfect for someone who loves the full marketing funnel—from lead generation and digital acquisition to nurturing prospects and enhancing customer lifecycle marketing. If you’re experienced in HubSpot, digital channels, automation, and performance tracking, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • End-to-End Campaign Management – Plan, execute, and optimise B2B digital campaigns across search, social, display, programmatic, and email marketing without agency support.
  • Lead Generation & Demand Marketing – Drive pipeline growth through targeted digital campaigns, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Customer Lifecycle Marketing – Develop strategies to engage, retain, and upsell customers through automated email workflows, re-engagement campaigns, and personalized content.
  • Digital Performance & Optimisation – Analyse campaign performance, uncover insights, and continuously refine efforts for higher conversion rates and lower cost per lead (CPL).
  • Marketing Automation & HubSpot – Own HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, email campaigns, and segmentation strategies to nurture and convert prospects.
  • Content & Creative Strategy – Work with internal teams to develop compelling ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages that convert at every stage of the customer journey.
  • Data & Analytics – Use Google Analytics, HubSpot, and reporting dashboards to track key metrics, optimise campaigns, and present actionable insights.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Team Alignment – Partner with sales, product marketing, and content teams to ensure digital and lifecycle campaigns align with overall business goals.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends – Keep up with emerging digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms to drive continuous innovation.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing (SaaS experience preferred).
  • Strong track record in running and optimising multi-channel digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, programmatic, etc.).
  • Experience in Customer Lifecycle Marketing, with a focus on lead nurturing, email automation, and customer retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot for marketing automation, email campaigns, and customer journey mapping.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Excel).
  • Experience in content marketing, ad copywriting, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
  • Self-motivated, curious, and adaptable with a passion for driving measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a growing APAC team driving impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your ideas make a difference.
  • Own and execute digital campaigns without relying on agencies—be the expert!
  • Sydney-based role with a collaborative and supportive team.

What you'll get

  • Competitive Compensation - we offer attractive salary packages including an Employee Stock Option Plan
  • Flexibility - we offer flexible working time models and the option of hybrid work, and support this with a yearly flex work allowance of 2400 AUD.
  • Growth Budget - all employees get a yearly budget for external training of 1600 AUD.
  • Wellbeing - in addition to yearly vacation days of 30 days p.a., we’re running a 4-day work week every year in August with full payment.
