The Opportunity

An opportunity is now available for a Digital Product Manager to join our Customer Experience (CX) Team to lead and deliver reliable, high-quality platform and channel solutions for our organisation. This role goes beyond project management; it’s about building strategic relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving continuous digital experience evolution for our customers. We are seeking a creative problem solver who collaborates with business partners to bring forth new insights, challenges the status quo, and champions innovation to enable our business.

As a Digital Product Manager, you will be able to grow your skills in Agile Development and Stakeholder Influence by taking ownership in the delivery of digital solutions to the wider business. Working effectively as part of a local and regional multi-functional team, you will participate in brainstorming sessions for scalable solutions, develop practical innovative cost-effective design concepts, and lead change. In this role, you will lead the development of Digital & Channel products that drive value for the business and manage the collaboration between key business partners and technical team to identify and define product requirements (E2E). You will also have the opportunity to drive a culture of continuous improvement and best practices in digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Defining and championing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of high-impact digital products and channels
  • Serving as a bridge between the business and technical team to design scalable analytics solutions. Orchestrating feedback cycles between business owners and the technical team, using an iterative approach to drive maximum value to the customer
  • Working closely with the stakeholders to manage the development of product ‘user stories’. Ensuring digital domain capabilities are adopted, sustained, and supported and delivering the planned value throughout their entire lifecycle
  • Developing and planning project work schedules, tracking expenditures, and preparing monthly reports as required, ensuring effective communication of ideas, information, and risks to appropriate partners
  • Balancing strategic roadmap planning with tactical, ad-hoc digital interventions, ensuring agility without sacrificing sustainability
  • Proactively monitoring and analysing product performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven optimisations to maximise impact
  • Educating and empowering non-technical stakeholders, including the commercial team, to understand and draw meaningful conclusions from platform analytics dashboards and reports, fostering a data-driven culture

About You

  • Degree qualified with minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably from a consulting background with expertise managing projects across the APAC region
  • Commercial acumen, with exceptional stakeholder engagement and the ability to communicate, influence, collaborate, and provide direction to regional partners and senior leadership through a matrix organisation
  • Previous experience interviewing markets to understand problem statement and frame thoughts, together with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate information in a regional/global environment
  • Excellent presentation, risk-based decision making and change management skills, along with familiarity with Agile methodologies and E2E project management
  • Strong experience with partner management, collaboration, and leading performance improvement, and experience using Google Analytics, JIRA and Confluence

Why Choose Us

  • Competitive remuneration package
  • Continuous training and support
  • Award-winning leadership development programs
  • Inclusive, flexible, and accessible working arrangements
  • Equal opportunity employer supporting diversity and inclusion

Our Benefits

  • Up to 18 weeks of parental leave to support new parents
  • 4 days of volunteer leave to give back to the community
  • Option to purchase up to 2 weeks of additional annual leave for extra time off
  • Enjoy a dedicated Wellbeing Day to prioritise self-care
  • Global Wellness Reimbursement of $780 per year for healthy eating, exercise, or mindfulness activities
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Program for personal and professional support
