Our Retail Bank is growing rapidly, with digital acquisition at the centre of that success. As a Digital Sales Analyst, you’ll play a key role in optimising customer journeys, improving conversion performance, and helping more customers discover and choose ING. Working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, you’ll turn insights into action and influence decisions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

What you’ll do
  • Analyse digital sales funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve acquisition and conversion.
  • Support A/B and multivariate testing across digital journeys, from design through to results analysis.
  • Maintain and enhance digital tracking, tagging and measurement frameworks.
  • Identify friction points in customer application journeys and support optimisation initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards, reports and insights that inform business decisions and stakeholder priorities.
What you’ll bring
  • Proven experience with digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, including tagging and QA.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Knowledge of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing and test analysis.
  • A genuine interest in customer behaviour, digital optimisation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across digital, product, marketing and analytics teams.
  • Proven experience with SQL is a prerequisite and is tested throughout the interview process. Data visualisation tools such as Tableau is highly regarded.
