As Digital Sales Analyst, you’ll help shape how customers discover our products, engage with our digital channels, and convert through seamless, intuitive experiences. What you’ll do
Analyse digital sales funnel performance and deliver actionable insights to improve acquisition and conversion.
Support A/B and multivariate testing across digital journeys — from setup to interpreting results.
Maintain and enhance tracking frameworks, tagging, and campaign measurement across digital platforms.
Identify optimisation opportunities across the customer apply flow and support execution of improvements.
Build dashboards, reports and performance summaries for stakeholders and senior leaders.
What we’re looking for
Experience with digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, including tagging and QA, is essential.
Outstanding numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation principles.
A curiosity for digital optimisation, customer behaviour and continuous improvement.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across digital, product, marketing and analytics teams.
Familiarity with SQL and visualisation tools such as Tableau is highly desirable.
