What you’ll do 
  

  • Analyse digital sales funnel performance and deliver actionable insights to improve acquisition and conversion.  

  • Support A/B and multivariate testing across digital journeys — from setup to interpreting results.  

  • Maintain and enhance tracking frameworks, tagging, and campaign measurement across digital platforms.  

  • Identify optimisation opportunities across the customer apply flow and support execution of improvements.  

  • Build dashboards, reports and performance summaries for stakeholders and senior leaders. 

What we’re looking for 

  • Experience with digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, including tagging and QA, is essential. 

  • Outstanding numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations.  

  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation principles.  

  • A curiosity for digital optimisation, customer behaviour and continuous improvement.  

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across digital, product, marketing and analytics teams. 

  • Familiarity with SQL and visualisation tools such as Tableau is highly desirable.
