    Job Description

    The Deal Advisory Tax team is a market leading, dynamic, fun team that works on the most significant transactions in the Australian market. Our clients cover the breadth of the market, including private equity, infrastructure, property, financial services and everything in between. Be prepared to work on projects that make the front page of the news!

    Your Opportunity

    We are looking for a Director with a focus on Corporate M&A to join the team – someone with M&A and/or experience with corporate clients, and the drive to join an energetic team.

    You will work on a wide variety of clients and transactions across our national practice. Your work will include:

    • Tax due diligence
    • Structuring, including advice on deal structures
    • Transaction document review
    • Post-deal integration
    • Transaction related ATO and FIRB correspondence

    Qualifications

    Accounting, Finance, or Law Degree: A strong foundation in tax law, accounting, or finance is essential.
