The Opportunity
We’re seeking a commercially minded Director, Digital Commercial Analytics to lead a newly created global function. This high-impact role will be the strategic brain behind our digital analytics transformation—turning rich data into actionable insights that drive business decisions, marketing performance, and customer lifetime value.
You’ll lead a global team of analytics professionals, partner across marketing, data, IT, and product, and shape how we measure success across digital channels. This is more than dashboards—it’s about storytelling, attribution, and strategic influence.
Responsibilities include:
Lead the development of a global attribution strategy and centralised analytics function.
Build and scale a high-performing analytics team across global regions.
Develop and own global digital attribution models and performance frameworks.
Translate complex data into compelling business narratives and strategic insights.
Partner with regional leaders to optimise marketing spend and campaign effectiveness.
Drive a culture of commerciality, performance mindset, and data-first decision-making.
Champion better data access, trust, and enablement across the organisation.
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a strong grasp of digital channels and their commercial impact, along with a sophisticated understanding of customer journeys and segmentation. You’ll be skilled in developing data-driven strategies, managing advanced data infrastructure, and implementing performance frameworks that guide marketing decisions. Proficiency in tools like SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is essential, as is experience in marketing mix modelling, multi-touch attribution, and data governance. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will be key to driving commercial success.
Essential Requirements:
A problem solver with strong strategic and commercial acumen.
Experienced in building and scaling analytics teams in complex, global environments.
Able to operate at multiple levels—connecting with individual contributors and executives alike.
Background in data science, analytics, or digital marketing (ideal but not essential).
Deep understanding of enterprise data with a marketing and customer experience lens.
Comfortable working across global time zones (including min 10% international travel) and leading international teams.
Experienced working in highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services, telco, health tech).
Consulting experience is highly desirable

Pay Range in the United States: $185,000 - $195,000 based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 20% of base salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
