  • Lead digital and performance marketing, including shaping e-commerce and digital sales strategies.

  • Set the vision for marketing automation, including HubSpot and Salesforce enablement.

  • Design the end-to-end digital client journey and lead client experience measurement through NPS and Corporate Health Checks.

  • Strengthen digital analytics, attribution, and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).

  • Collaborate across Marketing, Comms, Sales, and Product teams to align digital priorities.

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to digital specialists while influencing senior stakeholders.

Job Qualifications:

What You Will Bring:

Essential:

  • 10–15 years’ experience in digital marketing, digital growth, or performance leadership roles.

  • Proven expertise in digital advertising, lead generation, and funnel optimisation.

  • Demonstrated experience shaping MarTech strategy, specifically with HubSpot and Salesforce.

  • Strong capability in digital analytics, including attribution, A/B testing, and CRO.

  • Experience managing or influencing end-to-end client journeys from acquisition to renewal.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue or pipeline impact.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams or uplifting digital capability.

Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, data, analytics, fintech, or proptech environments.

  • Experience leading CX programs such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) or Voice of the Customer (VoC).

  • Experience working across global–local marketing or digital operating models.
