  • Senior leadership experience across complex, multi-discipline engineering teams.
  • Strong EPCM experience, including engineering systems integration and delivery governance.
  • Deep understanding of engineering applications, BIM/CDE environments and emerging digital engineering capability.
  • Demonstrated experience operating across regions, cultures and matrixed stakeholder groups.
  • Commercially astute, outcome-focused and confident translating strategy into execution.
  • Innovative, decisive and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • A strong communicator who can influence globally and bring teams with you through change.

Why this role?

If you’re looking for more in your next move, you’ll find it here: more purpose in shaping how global engineering is delivered, more perspective through working across regions and complex projects, more progress through digital innovation, and more impact through measurable performance outcomes.

You’ll be supported by a business that values sustainable performance, wellbeing, flexibility and long-term career development.
