Job Summary
The Director, Sales Support & Operations maintains a broad perspective across the company and is responsible for providing leadership and direction for Allied and Nurse sales operations. The position is responsible for supporting the development, coordination, execution, and integration of sales operation initiatives. They will be a critical partner and contribute to strategic forecasting through data driven analytics to support division leaders. The role will continuously evaluate performance, capacity planning and overall strategies to improve the performance across Allied and Nurse Solutions.
Job Responsibilities
Develops sales support operation strategies for delivering outstanding services for Allied and Nurse solutions.
Build and lead an efficient team of sales operations professionals to optimize the performance of the Allied and Nurse sales organization.
Drive core sales operations processes, including pipeline analytics & forecasting, account & territory planning, target & quota setting, compensation structure and client & competitive insights.
Actively and visibly leads and/or participates in driving the execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
Assists in the preparation and delivery of client business reviews, crafting additional opportunities for strategic partnership and client integration.
Maintain deep industry, customer and competitive intelligence to drive organizational decision making and sales messaging.
Monitors to assure that policies and procedures are in place, adhered to, and are in keeping with current business practices, including working directly with the audit team.
Drive revenue results by closely tracking performance, evaluating pipeline and supporting forecasts.
Partner with NAS leadership to determine KPI’s and target planning to provide timely insight to the organization.
Partners with Finance to track ROI on initiatives, projects and implementation
Evaluates job performance and initiates hiring, disciplinary, termination, and commendatory actions on assigned personnel.
Develop and execute various presentations, internal or external
Draft executive summaries, written reports, and presentations of findings as necessary
Perform other duties as directed by the President(s).

Pay Rate$106,500 - $133,000 SalaryFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
