Profile Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience supporting an Amazon or e-commerce business in an operations, marketplace, or inventory management role.
- Hands-on experience using Amazon Seller Central, including FBA shipment creation and inventory management.
- Experience using Shopify is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of international supply chain operations, inventory planning, purchasing, freight forwarding, customs, and 3PL fulfilment.
- Experience maintaining and optimising Amazon product listings, including catalogue management and content updates.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple products, suppliers, and shipments simultaneously.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills with experience maintaining operational reports and inventory tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, particularly when liaising with international suppliers and logistics partners.
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to improve business workflows and operational efficiency.
- Experience with inventory forecasting platforms (e.g. SoStocked) and project management tools is highly regarded.
Core responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the Shopify website, ensuring all product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory are accurate and current.
- Create and publish new product listings, collections, promotions, and seasonal campaigns while maintaining consistent brand presentation.
- Coordinate closely with suppliers to monitor production, inventory availability, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Track customer orders from purchase through to delivery, proactively identifying and resolving shipment delays or issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages or replenishment requirements to internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Perform routine website quality assurance, checking for broken links, pricing discrepancies, out-of-stock products, and other content issues.
- Assist with customer enquiries relating to orders, shipping, products, and returns, escalating issues where appropriate.
- Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, order status, and operational performance while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
