Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E2E Solutions Architect – HRIS to join our team and play a key role in shaping and delivering our enterprise HR technology strategy. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale HRIS transformation initiatives and partner with business stakeholders to design best-in-class solutions that support workforce productivity and growth.

As the Solutions Architect – HRIS, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the HRIS solution architecture across multiple projects and initiatives. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to ensure that systems are integrated, scalable, and aligned with organisational goals.

You will:

  • Lead the end-to-end solution design for HRIS and associated modules (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Learning, etc.).

  • Must have experience of delivering HRIS projects

  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing system designs.

  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement HR technology solutions, including cloud-based platforms.

  • Develop integration architecture to connect HRIS with finance, payroll, workforce planning, and reporting systems.

  • Provide governance, best practice guidance, and ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.

  • Act as the primary technical advisor for HRIS solutions, supporting project delivery teams and ensuring smooth implementation.

  • Partner with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to manage solution roadmaps and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management.

You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Senior Technical Consultant specialising in HRIS.

  • Deep understanding of HR processes and systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Dayforce or similar).

  • Experience designing end-to-end architecture including integrations, data flows, and security.

  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and project teams.

  • Knowledge of industry best practices, HR technology trends, and compliance requirements (e.g., data privacy, payroll legislation).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering business value.
