If you’re looking for a workplace that supports your development and creates an inclusive, collaborative environment, you’ll feel right at home at FleetPartners.

THE ROLE

As an Early Arrears Consultant (Novated), you will play a key role in proactively managing customer budgets throughout the life of their novated lease. Focusing on budget reviews, recalculations and amendments, you'll analyse customer accounts, identify budget shortfalls or surpluses and implement changes to help customers remain on track and minimise end-of-lease liabilities.

This is a predominantly administration-focused role, suited to someone who enjoys working with numbers, following processes and maintaining a high level of accuracy. You'll spend much of your time reviewing accounts, processing budget amendments and updating customer records, while also engaging with customers and internal teams to explain changes, resolve queries and provide support when required.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Management and ownership of end-to-end budget management processes including customer queries in relation to novated leasing and salary packaging.
  • Proactively contact customers to explain their current & future budget positions
  • Provide support and act as escalation point for budget management requests in the absence of the Customer Experience Manager, including delegation of work and driving successful outcomes.
  • Identify and support process improvements that increase efficiency and help reduce the number of customer budgets in surplus or deficit.

ABOUT YOU

You're a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who enjoys working with numbers, analysing information and delivering accurate outcomes. You take pride in your administrative skills, have a strong eye for detail and enjoy working through processes to ensure customer budgets are managed correctly. While much of your day will be spent reviewing accounts, processing amendments and maintaining records, you're also confident communicating with customers and internal stakeholders to provide support and deliver a positive customer experience.

You'll thrive in a collaborative team environment and bring a proactive approach to problem solving, balancing accuracy, efficiency and customer excellence in everything you do.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience in an Early Arrears, Customer Experience, Operations or Administration role (preferred), with a strong focus on customer excellence.
  • Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify budget variances and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills, with the ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks.
  • Confidence engaging with customers and stakeholders, supported by strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Genesys and/or other CRM systems, with the ability to manage competing priorities and consistently achieve performance targets.

BENEFITS:

We offer more than just a role:

  • 27 days of annual leave per year.
  • Hybrid work flexibility working in a incredible office space overlooking the Harbour Bridge
  • A ‘Dress for your Day’ policy
  • 16 weeks paid parental leave for primary careers, regardless of gender and with no minimum tenure and 4 weeks paid leave for secondary carers
  • Ongoing training to help you develop and grow with real career development opportunities
  • Rewards program, including a range of discounts from a variety of retailers.
  • An extensive range of other employee benefits.
