Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES
As Ecommerce Manager, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager and Revenue Manager and will be responsible for:
- Managing ecommerce projects.
- Definition of requirements for these projects, including Business cases and business requirements documents.
- Analysis, project management and process improvement.
- Coordination of request and requirements between internal clients (i.e Marketing, Business Intelligence, CRM, etc) IT, partners and external vendors.
- Follow up of the project´s development through all its phases: functional analysis, development, testing, implementation and post-implementation.
- Management and prioritization of application incidences and improvements of internal clients
Qualifications
WE LOOK FOR CANDIDATES WITH:
- Experience with ecommerce projects.
- Knowledge of ecommerce project management and analysis.
- Knowledge of UX and Prototyping.
- Issue management (Jira, Mantis, Redmine or similar tools).
- At least 1 year of Project Management, organization and processes.
- English – High level (written and spoken).
- Degree on Computing, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing or similar will be valuable.
