Your opportunity

Join a passionate and supportive team committed to providing high-quality early learning experiences that help children thrive. We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator who is enthusiastic about creating safe, inclusive, and engaging environments where children can learn, grow, and reach their full potential

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, play-based learning programs while ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and development of every child in your care. Working collaboratively with families and colleagues, you will contribute to a positive learning environment that supports children's individual needs and promotes meaningful learning outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Support the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based educational programs.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and child-focused environment.
  • Observe, document, and contribute to children's learning and development through individual portfolios and assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and organisational policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality outcomes across the service.
  • Assist with daily routines, learning environments, mealtimes, and resource preparation.
  • Promote child safety and wellbeing in line with Child Safe Organisation principles.

Requirements for success

  • Diploma in Early Childhood
  • Completed National Child Safety Training -Mandatory
  • Previous experience as an early learning Educator (desirable) and a passion for working in early learning
  • Drive to ensure that children are kept safe and supervised at all times
  • A positive team player who looks for ways to improve current work practices and processes
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
  • Working with Children Check

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks.
