We are seeking an experienced ITS and Traffic Signals Supervisor to join our ITS team and play a key role in delivering high-quality maintenance services and site works. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and is committed to safety and excellence.

 

This opportunity is open to applicants based anywhere in Australia who are willing to relocate to Adelaide, South Australia.

Key responsibilities

 

  • Directly supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of site works.

  • Organise and schedule day-to-day activities on site.

  • Plan, program, and manage bookings to meet overall project timelines.

  • Monitor and manage quality outputs to ensure minimum standards are achieved.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to direct reports, including Apprentices.

  • Responsible for quality work output of direct reports, including Apprentices.

  • Foster a strong Zero Harm culture and ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.

 

What you'll bring

 

  • Previous Electrical works experience; leading hand and supervisory roles highly desirable.

  • Strong safety/Zero Harm approach

  • Demonstrated decisiveness on business issues, displaying timely and quality decision making, working effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.

  • Knowledge and understanding of electrical assets (Traffic Signals, ITS) is desirable.

  • Knowledge of DIT specifications is desirable.

  • Experience working with construction contractors is desirable.

  • Unrestricted driver’s licence.

  • Class A Electrical License is a requirement of the role.
