We are looking for an Employee Communications Manager to join our Corporate Affairs & Marketing team, based in Barangaroo, on a 12-month fixed term contract.
The Role:
As the Employee Communications Manager, you will develop and maintain consistent content across all internal channels while serving as the guardian of the company's voice. In this role, you will collaborate closely with enterprise support functions and senior stakeholders to communicate strategic priorities, manage key employee events like employee Roadshows and Awards programs, and develop and deliver content for multiple internal comms channels and mediums. Your main responsibilities will be to:

Source, create, maintain, and oversee clear, consistent and purposeful content for various internal communication channels, projects, events and activities, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and other digital platforms.

Act as the ‘gatekeeper’ of the company's voice, ensuring consistency and coherence in all internal messaging and communications across all mediums.

Support execution of strategic corporate communication campaigns to employees.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, department heads, and employees.

Plan and deliver key annual activations including Strategy Roadshows and Employee Awards program as well as regular events that connect our people across the business to the Lendlease strategy and key areas of focus. Responsible for creating content (talking points, creative, briefs, etc) as well as managing event logistics and program.

Maintain channels and provide guidance to business partners in line with the content management strategy and channel governance.

Monitor and evaluate the impact of internal communications, making recommendations and improvements to enhance the effectiveness of all communications.
About you:
You will have strong communication skills, along with attention to detail, to disseminate information, facilitate decision making and build relationships with key stakeholders. You will also have:

5-7 years’ experience in a Communications role

Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, journalism and/or public relations combined with a demonstrable intermediate level of role knowledge

Experience in delivering successful employee engagement campaigns and medium-large employee events.

Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Viva Engage a bonus, but not essential.
