This role offers exposure to a diverse and dynamic ER portfolio and the opportunity to contribute to strong governance, compliance and continuous improvement across the organisation.

This is a 15-month, max-term contract until January 2028 that is based in our Alexandria NSW office with hybrid working arrangements.

Key responsibilities

  • Coach and support leaders through formal and informal ER processes and meetings
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships as a trusted ER advisor
  • Identify and manage ER risk, ensuring consistent and compliant outcomes
