Job Description

What We're Looking For:

As the Enablement Business Partner – APAC GTM and Alliances, you will be the strategic connector and end‑to‑end enablement partner for APAC Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and regional Alliances. You will deeply understand regional market and partner dynamics and translate business and partner priorities into focused enablement strategies, learning paths, and events that build skills, accelerate productivity, and drive measurable outcomes across APAC.

You will partner closely with APAC GTM and regional Alliances leaders, as well as the Global Alliances Enablement Business Partner and Regional Enablement GTM Business Partners, to design and orchestrate programs that help our teams position and deliver Guidewire’s AI-powered cloud platform, new product categories, and Capabilities offerings. In doing so, you’ll help systematize services-led innovation into repeatable offerings, activate GTM in new markets such as Japan, and support AI-powered services execution across Guidewire-led and partner-led projects—directly contributing to Guidewire’s FY26 GTM and Professional Services priorities. 

Your work will ensure field and partner teams have the knowledge, assets, and confidence to execute, and will contribute to Guidewire’s broader mission of transforming how the world’s P&C insurers do business, reinforcing our culture of determination, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the APAC region. 


Required Skills/Experience:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Guidewire GTM and Alliances

  • Strategic Business Partnership: Build executive trust, synthesize GTM and Alliances priorities through insightful needs analysis and proactive, value-driven communication.

  • Strategic Program Excellence: Orchestrate end‑to‑end program execution with Events (logistics) and Stakeholders (agenda, speakers) for flawless programs such as kickoffs, MYFU, and Enablement Workshops.

  • Business acumen and outcome mapping: Translate goals into enablement objectives, leading indicators, and target behaviors; connect programs to measurable business outcomes.

  • Integrity, Rationality, & Collegiality: You operate with integrity by building truthful relationships, with rationality by making evidence-based decisions, and with collegiality by working as a professional equal among your peers.

  • Communication and Adaptability:
    Exhibit excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to a changing environment.

  • Project Management and Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the property and casualty insurance business.

  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency with software tools such as Google Suite, Monday.com, eLearning platforms, and AI

  • Remote Work: Ability to work seamlessly in a remote environment

  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25-50% of the time, occasionally internationally..

Key Responsibilities:

In this dynamic role, you'll be the architect of success. Your responsibilities will include

  • Serve as the primary enablement point of contact for APAC Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services Delivery, and regional Alliances leadership, with clear ownership for product, capabilities, and functional competency roadmaps in the region.

  • Provide regular and frequent updates to leadership, including persona-based learning plans, product overview learning paths, and enablement feedback forums

  • Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to discuss active stakeholder learning plans (3-6 month increments), identify future roadmap requirements, and discuss actions for  improvement in learning planning and execution

  • Accountable for Training Needs Assessment for training/learning requested by your business areas, including scope, learning objectives, persona-based impact, and potential training plans.  Participate with Program Owners for each planned deliverable affecting your audience group to ensure learning objectives are appropriately defined and delivered

  • Design and orchestrate major regional programs (sales and alliances kickoffs, MYFU, enablement workshops, regional off-site training), owning logistics in partnership with Events and driving agenda, speakers, and outcomes with stakeholders

  • Coordinate with Onboarding resources to ensure persona-based content is up-to-date and relevant with our expanding and changing landscape

  • Collaboration with the People Team regarding soft-skills competency and leadership training to present an overarching learning view to your business stakeholders

  • Collect and action stakeholder feedback for your business area

  • Complete tactical updates of Training Needs Assessments, metrics reporting, and Monday reporting up-to-date

  • Localize global partner enablement strategies, content, and certifications for APAC in partnership with the Global Alliances Business Partner, ensuring aligned messaging, value propositions, and co-selling motions with SI and technology partners.

  • Drive a regional Alliances enablement plan that raises success of SI-led programs and accelerates AI platform and new product adoption, ensuring partners have localized, current assets and that feedback informs continuous improvement.
