Partner with APAC GTM, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Alliances to design and deliver enablement strategies, learning paths, and regional programs. Conduct training needs assessments, run executive business reviews, localize partner enablement, manage event logistics and stakeholder agendas, track metrics and feedback, and drive adoption of Guidewire's AI-powered cloud platform and new product capabilities across APAC.

The Senior Project Manager will lead Guidewire implementation projects, manage day-to-day activities, coordinate delivery, track financials, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders, while maintaining project scope and governance.

Own the design and delivery of a Guidewire InsuranceSuite functional or integration workstream. Responsibilities include translating requirements into solution designs, estimating work, configuring and coding in Gosu and Java, building integrations, conducting quality reviews, managing risks, mentoring consultants and developers, and collaborating with project and customer leadership. The role also contributes reusable assets, AI-assisted engineering practices, and successful cloud transformation delivery.
