How You’ll Find Success

  • Be a Software and Data Advocate: We’re seeking experienced Account Executives who are passionate about taking AI-driven data solutions to market. This will require strong solution-based selling, a deep understanding of data, and the ability to align products with the strategic goals of our clients.
  • Prioritise Value Selling to key Stakeholders and Executives: Develop expertise in our software, data solutions and services offerings, understanding how to position their value to key stakeholders across industries, focusing on real-time data and AI trends that drive business decisions.
  • Be Proactive and Driven: Create your own success by continually prospecting new opportunities, following up with key decision-makers and managing existing relationships. Be prepared to sell complex, data-centric solutions to key stakeholders and executives.
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner with your team and cross-functional teams to bring a unified, data-driven approach to the market. Collaboration is key to exceeding goals and driving growth.

How You’ll Grow

Things You’ll Do

  • Engage with Customers: Work closely with existing Qualtrics customers to understand their challenges and demonstrate how our AI data solutions and services can address their specific needs.
  • Lead with Data & AI Products: Run full sales cycles by scheduling and conduct qualifying meetings, craft compelling proposals, and demonstrate the power of our synthetic data, and AI-driven software solutions.
  • Build a Strong Pipeline: Proactively identify new and existing business opportunities, consistently filling and advancing a robust pipeline of prospects and existing customer expansions.
  • Collaborate and Drive Results: Engage with internal teams to share insights, discuss strategy, and drive the overall success of the team and the business.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • Track Record in SaaS/Data Sales: Proven success in consistently meeting or exceeding quota in Software as a Service (SaaS), Data as a Service (DaaS), or AI-driven data solution sales.
  • Strong Understanding of Sales Strategy: Expertise in building sales processes, from prospecting to closing, with demonstrated experience in selling to executives and navigating complex deal structures.
  • Collaborative Success: Evidence of successfully working in cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Experience in Data-Driven Industries: Knowledge of or experience within market research, analytics, marketing or data-driven industries is highly preferred.
