The ERP Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal leadership role in this transformation, acting as a trusted advisor across business and technology. • Shapes an ERP target state that emphasises simplification, consistency, and alignment to leading practices and provides oversight of solution architecture to ensure cohesive, secure and integrated designs that balance business needs with long-term sustainability and maintainability.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and delivery partners, guiding investment decisions, resolving complex issues, and ensuring alignment across business and technology.

  • Drive the transition from complex legacy environments toward more standardised, configuration-led solutions, improving consistency, reducing risk and enabling scalable outcomes.

  • Establish and embed architecture processes, methods and tools that strengthen governance, improve delivery quality, and build organisational capability.

  • Shape forward-looking technology roadmaps, monitor emerging trends, and identify opportunities to enhance systems, processes and overall organisational effectiveness.

About you

  • The occupant of this position will hold relevant postgraduate qualifications and/or extensive relevant experience in Enterprise Architecture.

  • Experience in higher education or involvement in large scale ERP transformation programs will be highly regarded.
