Propeller is on a mission to take the guesswork out of moving dirt, reducing wasted fuel, time, and money. We do this through the power of maps.

Our customers use Propeller's integrated hardware and software products to capture accurate 3D versions of their worksites. With over 50,000 worksites worldwide using Propeller's smart survey technology, we empower project teams to map, measure, and manage site activity.

Propeller empowers everyone to approach, own, and solve problems creatively. We're data nerds who care about impact, honesty, and each other. We take pride in being a great place to work and are recognized as a Fast Company and BuiltIn Best Place to Work. You can learn more about us on Glassdoor.

Your Mission:

As a Product Lead at Propeller, you’ll take ownership of Propeller’s enterprise product direction. You’ll work closely with our customers and the go-to-market (GTM) team to understand how our products could better serve them out on site and in the office. You will translate those insights into solutions with the help of your engineers and designers. You’ll play a key role in shaping the roadmap and work with the Engineering and Design teams to deliver enterprise-grade APIs, integrations and partnerships that help customers connect Propeller to their existing systems and support their teams across global worksites.

This role will suit an individual who has hands-on experience communicating with, and working closely with enterprise customers. You’ll bring your energy and clarity to the teams building our products, while giving GTM teams confidence in the product direction. You’ll define the strategy for the enterprise teams whilst staying hands-on enough to ensure you understand the solutions that you’re building for the end user.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner with enterprise customers and GTM teams to understand customer challenges and translate those insights into clear product priorities.
  • Work with squads to define and evolve the roadmap for enterprise capabilities (APIs, integrations, security and administration, user/data management, certifications, and pricing/packaging).
  • Drive execution by breaking down ambiguous, high-impact initiatives into deliverables, aligning stakeholders, and keeping teams focused on outcomes.
  • Own the successful launch of major features in collaboration with Design, Engineering, and Marketing. You’ll be involved in defining success metrics, positioning, and the story we tell customers.
  • Partner with GTM teams to evaluate potential enterprise partnerships and integrations, working with engineering to assess feasibility and with GTM teams to understand customer and commercial value.

Requirements
  • You have extensive product experience in SaaS, ideally working with enterprise level customers.
  • You’re comfortable working with APIs and integrations, translating customer needs into clear product requirements and working with engineers to understand technical possibilities and trade-offs.
  • You’re an expert communicator. You are able to influence across multiple teams and align them to deliver cohesive products and solutions.
  • You have a bias towards action and thrive on breaking complex projects into clear deliverables that maintain momentum.

Benefits
  • Employee share options
  • Professional development budget and leave
  • The opportunity to take part in our mentorship program
  • Mental health resources
  • Monthly telephone and/or internet allowance
  • Paid primary & secondary parental leave policies
  • Hybrid work arrangements and WFH equipment provided
