Own the global monthly revenue close through Xero, ensuring accurate ARR and revenue reporting in Drivetrain. Resolve complex revenue recognition matters, maintain controls and tax compliance, reconcile data across systems, and improve reporting through QA, automation, and AI-augmented workflows. Partner with Sales, RevOps, Deal Desk, and Finance to improve data quality, communicate risks, and support scalable close processes.

Design, build, optimize, and maintain scalable backend processing pipelines that transform drone and scanning-device survey data into 3D site outputs. Integrate new sensors, maintain diagnostic tools, collaborate across teams, review code, make architectural decisions, and mentor mid-level engineers. The role also involves infrastructure, operational reliability, and occasional frontend development.

Build and maintain full-stack media features across backend, frontend, and mobile, including 360 walkthroughs, media integrations, and video upload, processing, transcoding, streaming, and playback. Collaborate with the Ground Capture group on future drone and hardware integrations. Translate camera and device specifications into practical solutions while owning ambiguous problems and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Lead and develop a team of full-stack engineers, overseeing team health, performance, coaching, hiring, onboarding, and career growth. Partner with technical leaders and Product to support roadmap delivery while removing process and organizational blockers. Foster an inclusive, feedback-driven culture and use strong technical depth in system design, software architecture, and engineering practices to engage with complex challenges.

Owns end-to-end product design, from customer discovery and problem framing through delivery and iteration. Partners with Product, Engineering, customers, and subject-matter experts to simplify complex workflows and create intuitive experiences. Responsibilities include user research, evidence-based design decisions, user flows, prototypes, interaction design, acceptance criteria, stakeholder alignment, and supporting product direction. The role requires autonomy, systems thinking, and experience designing complex, technical, or data-heavy web products.
