Own the global month-end close and lead finance operations across accounts payable, payroll, banking, treasury, reconciliations, compliance, tax, audits, and statutory reporting. Improve systems and processes, automate manual work using AI, strengthen controls, analyze variances, and partner with cross-functional teams across multiple locations and jurisdictions.

Own the enterprise product direction, partnering with customers, go-to-market teams, engineering, and design. Translate customer insights into roadmap priorities and deliver enterprise APIs, integrations, security, administration, data management, certifications, and pricing capabilities. Drive ambiguous initiatives into clear deliverables, align stakeholders, launch major features, define success metrics, and evaluate partnerships and integrations.

Leads the APAC Customer Success team, owning regional retention, expansion, forecasting, and enterprise account strategy. Coaches team members on negotiation, value-based selling, and commercial execution while managing escalations and capacity planning. Serves as the Sydney-based bridge between Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, translating customer insights into roadmap priorities. The role requires strategic leadership, enterprise account experience, and at least three days per week in the Sydney office.
