We’re looking for an Enterprise Productivity & AI Platforms Manager to join our IT Infrastructure & Platforms team based in Archerfield.

As our Enterprise Productivity & AI Platforms Manager, you'll lead and evolve Sime Industrial’s Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and AI capabilities, helping to deliver secure, scalable and business-focused technology solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders and external partners, you'll drive productivity, automation and continuous improvement across the organisation while ensuring our platforms continue to support the evolving needs of the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the management, governance and continual improvement of Sime Industrial's Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Viva and associated collaboration services.
  • Drive the adoption and optimisation of Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and AI-enabled technologies, ensuring they deliver practical business value through improved productivity, automation and user experience.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, identify opportunities and deliver platform capabilities that support business objectives and operational excellence.
  • Establish and maintain governance, security, compliance and lifecycle management standards across enterprise productivity, automation and AI platforms.
  • Manage key vendor and partner relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery, innovation and continuous improvement.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience leading enterprise technology or productivity platforms within a large, complex organisation, with a focus on delivering secure, scalable and business-aligned solutions.
  • Strong expertise across Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies, with experience in Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 environments.
  • Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships, translate business needs into technology outcomes, and effectively manage vendor and partner relationships.
  • Experience driving platform adoption, change and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • A keen interest in emerging technologies, with exposure to AI, automation or digital innovation initiatives. Experience with Microsoft Copilot or enterprise AI capabilities will be highly regarded.
